I just resolved a personal injury claim for Edddie B. for $45,000 in the city of St.Louis.  He was injured when hand railing(sic)  gave way infront of his house and he injured his back.  We made a claim against the landlord/owner of the property and we got the above settlement with the insurance company for the property owner.
