Auto Accident

Valerie McLaurin was involved in an auto accident in the city of St. Louis. Although Ms. McLaurin had substantial pre-existing injury to her back (herniated disc) Tanner Law was able to convince her insurance company in an uninsured motorist case to pay the policy limits. She was very happy with the result.

Tanner Law represented George Poe and his mother Mary Poe. George was struck by a car while attempting to cross a street in the city of St. Louis. The driver left the scene (hit and run) and Gerald Tanner was able to obtain a $45,000 settlement for the Poes. They were quite happy and satisfied with the result. Also, Tanner Law was able to get the Medicaid lien reduced regarding medical care provided to Mr. Poe.

Drug Possession

Gerald Tanner represented Christopher Poe in a felony drug possession case in the city of St. Louis. Mr. Poe went to trial and was found not guilty.

 

Robert Mills has had two felony drug cases in the city of St. Louis and both were dismissed. Mr. Mills has felt confident enough to refer his family members and friends to Tanner Law for many years.

Workers Compensation
